My Dancestore is a webshop for dance teachers who already have an account with IDS, where they can sell IDS' products directly to their students and parents.
We are currently only able to set this up for customers in the following countries:
- UK
- Ireland
- France
- Germany
- Italy
- Spain
Once set up, you will receive your own unique My Dancestore URL which you provide to your students and parents.
Benefits of MDS
You will maintain your own site with your personal admin dashboard for your My Dancestore. You choose which products you would like to sell and at what price, which must be at least 17.5% greater than the IDS wholesale price. The prices are set at a default of +25% when the store is set up.
Orders and Returns
The end consumer orders directly from the site and pays a flat rate of £3.99 for standard shipping, which is a 48 hour trackable service with Royal Mail. For Ireland, Spain, France, Italy and Germany the delivery cost is a flat rate of 4.99€ per order, which is a standard, untracked service and can take 5 to 10 working days to arrive.
Returned items are sent straight back to our warehouse and processed within 14 days of being received back. The customer covers the return cost.
We do not offer an exchange facility for My Dancestore, however customers can receive free delivery on a new order if they e-mail us proof of their return (a photo of the postage receipt of their returned items). We will then be able to e-mail the customer a code to enter at the checkout for free delivery.
Commission
The commission is paid 2 months in arrears once the commission has reached over £50.
Admin Fees
Each order (including the delivery fee) will incur a 4.9% admin fee. This covers the cost of IDS processing the order, returns and payments.
Ordering
Customers are only able to place orders on the website. Telephone orders are not possible for My Dancestore due to the commission.
