Do I need to pay for my return?

Returns costs are not covered by IDS. We advise you send returns on a tracked service and retain the tracking information/receipt for your own records. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to know if a return has been received back until it has been opened and the paperwork processed. Your tracking will confirm when it was delivered to our warehouse.


If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@ids.co.uk before returning anything as a return may not be necessary once we have seen a photo of the wrong or faulty goods.


When returning items, please ensure they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.


Once we receive your return, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
