Returns are processed within 28 days of being received back to our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to advise if and when it was received back until it is opened and the paperwork has been processed, but if you have sent it on a trackable service it will be processed within 28 days of the date it was received by us.
The amount for your return will automatically be credited to your IDS account. If you have requested a refund, this will go back to the original payment method.
